What Can I Browse?
New and used VHS tapes, DVDs, Blu-rays, retro games, collectables, comic books, and books. The catalog now includes our imported VHS, DVD, and Blu-ray inventory. Browse by format, program type, condition, genre, and release year, or search for a title, actor, or director. Sale prices are being finalized.
Can I Rent VHS Tapes Outside Chicago?
No. VHS and VCR rentals are for local pickup and return at our Chicago location only.
How Much Is A Movie Rental?
$5 per VHS tape, DVD, or Blu-ray for three days. Late fees are $3 per day for up to 30 days overdue. Paid late fees reduce the remaining retail replacement balance. See Local Rentals for the draft terms.
Do You Rent VCRs?
Yes. Call 773-290-2339 for VCR rental pricing and availability.
How Much Is Shipping?
$4.50 per item within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Rates for excluded destinations must be confirmed before an order is accepted. Rental items are not shipped.
Can I Get A Refund?
All sales are final; no money-back returns for change of mind. This does not limit refunds or remedies required by law, including applicable non-shipment rights. Contact us about incorrect, damaged, or materially misdescribed items.
Can I Shop As A Guest?
Yes. Browse, save titles, and build a cart without an account. Your saved finds and cart stay on this device. Customer accounts are optional and provide email-and-password sign-in, email verification, password recovery, and a private profile. Call to confirm pricing and availability; online checkout and payments are not active.
Do You Accept Donations?
Yes. Call to arrange an office drop-off or local pick-up for accepted items.
How Do Sales Support Animals?
A portion of sales supports RAIDC.org. The specific contribution amount is still being finalized.
