Embedded Trailers
Choosing Watch Trailer or Trailer Available To View loads a YouTube player on the item’s detail page. Home-page trailer previews may load automatically. YouTube may receive technical information and use cookies according to its own policies. These YouTube features operate separately from the optional website usage counts below; declining analytics does not disable YouTube requests.
Information You Provide
Registration requires a name, email address, and password. Customers can add a phone number and mailing address to their private profile. Please do not put payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in profile fields.
Hosting & External Services
The hosting platform may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. External links to maps, RAIDC.org, and other websites operate under those providers’ own policies.
Cookies & Browser Storage
Saved finds, recently viewed title IDs, cart quantities, and your preferred grid or list view are stored locally in this browser so you can return to them. This browser state is not uploaded as a saved list or synced across devices. With optional analytics consent, new usage actions such as title views and cart additions can contribute to combined counts as described below. You can clear saved finds, your cart, and viewing history using the controls on this site, or remove all of them through your browser settings. Secure, HTTP-only cookies maintain your sign-in and short-lived password-recovery state. Signing out clears those customer cookies. The application does not set advertising cookies. Optional analytics uses only the browser choice described below, not visitor or session identifiers. The hosting platform may use its own access or security mechanisms.
Optional Website Usage Counts
With your permission, RavingVideo records combined daily counts to understand how the shop is used and which movie listings attract interest. These include page loads, movie details and Quick View opens, requested trailers, shopping-list additions, navigation and search-submission counts, and estimated total active viewing time. We do not record search words or form contents. Trailer requests do not prove playback; shopping-list additions are not purchases.
We do not use visitor or session identifiers, location or referral tracking, individual browsing profiles, account information, passwords or payment information in this analytics feature. It cannot tell us how many unique people visited. Your browser sends small usage updates to this website, which combines them into daily totals. The website’s existing hosting infrastructure processes requests and stores the totals. RavingVideo does not send these analytics to separate advertising or analytics services. Hosting providers may process network information and keep operational logs or recovery copies separately; this is not a promise that every network request is anonymous.
Choose Allow Analytics or Decline Analytics. Either choice leaves browsing, accounts and your shopping list available. Cookies & Privacy lets you change or withdraw your choice at any time. We save only this choice in your browser and honor it for up to 180 days, unless you change it or this notice changes. An expired choice record may remain until replaced or cleared. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep optional analytics off.
Combined daily totals are retained for trend reporting with no automatic deletion schedule. The owner dashboard displays the most recent 90 days; this display limit does not delete older totals. Withdrawal stops new measurement but cannot identify or remove your contribution from already combined counts. Existing YouTube trailers operate separately under the trailer provider’s privacy practices.
Customer Accounts & Orders
Supabase manages account identity, email verification, password authentication, and password recovery, including the name and email address supplied at registration. Passwords are handled by Supabase; RavingVideo does not store readable passwords in its application database. Resend is the SMTP delivery provider for account verification and password-recovery emails and processes the recipient email address and email content. Customer profiles and actual order records are stored in the website’s private Cloudflare D1 database and are available to the signed-in customer through account controls. No online checkout or payment processing is connected, so this account feature does not create orders or collect payment-card details.
Contact Form
When you send the contact form, RavingVideo saves your name, email address, optional phone number, message, and submission time in its private Cloudflare D1 owner inbox so your inquiry can be reviewed and answered. Submissions are not shown on the storefront. When owner email notifications are enabled, Resend sends a notification to info@bighelpers.com containing only a random reference, the received time, and a link to the protected owner inbox. The notification does not include your name, email address, phone number, or message. No automatic customer reply or email confirmation is sent. Temporary security checks and rate limits help prevent spam. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Record Retention & Account Tools
Customer account, profile, and contact-message records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. There is no self-service tool to export these records or delete an account or contact message. Use the contact details below for privacy questions or requests.
