Late Returns & Replacement Value
VHS, DVD, and Blu-ray rentals are $5 per item for three days. Overdue items incur a $3 daily late fee for up to 30 days overdue. After 30 days overdue, any remaining retail replacement balance will be due, calculated as the item’s disclosed retail price minus late fees already paid, never less than $0. The original $5 rental fee is separate.
Example: for an item with a $100 retail replacement price and $90 in late fees already paid, the remaining replacement balance is $10. Unpaid late fees remain due under the rental agreement.
The proposed rental agreement will authorize the remaining replacement charge to the card on file. The item’s retail value, return deadline, and payment authorization must be disclosed and accepted before rental.
